What are your water parameters? Temperature, PH, GH, KH, Ammonia, Nitrites, Nitrates
What is your maintenance and water change schedule?
Exactly what species of fish are they?
What are you feeding them? How often?
Can you post links to any photos?

You just need to be careful and follow the directions, it's a bit of a harsh med, but by following the directions I've never had any bad outcomes.
